If you’re a successful business owner or entrepreneur with a capital investment of at least AED 2 Million, you may be eligible for the visa. The Golden Visa requirements dictate that you must either own the business, be a business partner, or plan to establish a business in the country.

  • Audit report of the last financial year with equity of at least 2 million AED per person based on the percentage of capital as per memorandum
  • All quarterly VAT returns filed for the respective financial year
  • Quarterly VAT payment receipts

  • Trade License & Memorandum of Association copy
  • Auditor Certificate & Auditor’s Company Trade License copy
  • Company bank statement with sufficient balance (for the last 3 months)

Golden Visa Through Fixed Deposit

Foreign investors interested in long-term residency in the UAE can apply for a Golden Visa by making a fixed deposit at a local bank in the country. The amount must be at least AED 2 Million, as that is the threshold to receive a nomination.

  • AED 2 Million fixed deposit in any UAE local bank for the duration termed by the bank to issue the NOC nomination letter
  • Valid Passport, Emirates ID, visa copy, photo

Golden Visa For Property Investor

Another way to get the Golden Visa UAE is through investing in real estate. If you make a minimum investment of AED 2 Million in a property, you will be eligible to apply for the visa.

  • Title deed showing at least AED 2 Million property
  • Letter from bank, if the property is in mortgage
  • Letter from the developer (tabular format) & SPA, if the property is under an installment scheme
  • Valid Passport, Emirates ID, visa copy, photo

Golden Visa For Manager

Apart from expert talent in medical and scientific fields, the country also grants Golden Visas to senior executive professionals. The company you work at must have at least 20 employees, and your visa and employment contract must state that you hold a managerial position.

  • Degree Certificate (attested by MOFA)
  • University transcript
  • Total salary not less than AED 30,000
  • Valid work contract
  • Valid Passport, Emirates ID, visa copy, photo
  • Bank statement (6 months, stamped by the bank)
  • NOC in company letter head

Processing Time

Applicants in this category will also need an equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Economy validating their transcript. The processing time for the certificate is 1-2 months. The visa application itself will take around 1-2 weeks.

Golden Visa For Local University Graduate

If you’re a top graduate from a local university in the UAE, you can apply for the Golden Visa. You will need to attest your degree certificate with the Ministry of Education and have the necessary grades on your transcript.

Golden Visa For Foreign University Graduate

For graduates outside the UAE, getting a Golden Visa in Dubai or any other Emirate is still possible as long as your university is in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Top 100 Universities List.
